Esquire Estates
Welcome
Esquire Estates was developed from 1983 through 1987 and is a vibrant community of 84 properties surrounding a 5-acre private pond. Known for its great fishing, the pond is also home of the residents-only island with an in-ground swimming pool. Esquire Estates is conveniently located near Germantown's shopping district, golf course and library.
There are lots of neighborhood activities for kids and adults. During the summer months, the Esquire Estates pool is a focal point for family fun. There's an annual Easter Egg Hunt for the kids, association-sponsored get-togethers for adults and family movie nights on the island.

Island Clean Up
Island clean up day is Saturday, May 22. Volunteers are needed to help with chores around the pool area, on the island and around the lake.
Work will start around 10:00 a.m. and continue to mid afternoon. Check your email for details.
