Pond Information

The 4.9-acre Esquire Estates Pond is registered by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection as a fish farm and is currently stocked with Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Perch, and Catfish.

Fishing in the Esquire Estates pond is available for residents and can be done in any common area or along the shoreline. No fishing is permitted from the bridges. Fishing is strictly catch-and-release. Guests must be accompanied by a resident while fishing.

The pond is professionally managed to control weed and algae growth and is stocked annually with fish. The pond's water level is managed by pumping water from a well located on the outlot on the western shore of the pond.

The water volume, as calculated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, is 27.5 acre feet (9 million gallons) with a maximum depth of 12 feet.
