Common Area Liability Insurance
Esquire Estates Park Association provides liability insurance for all lot owners in the association for the lake, the pool and outlots. Ryan Bedroske of MacGillis Agency of Fredonia is the contact for the policy and can be reached at 262-790-0000.
Information for Real Estate Closings
Mortgage closing departments should contact the Esquire Estates Treasurer, Jerry Blankenheim at 262-250-7796, for verification of seller's paid Esquire Estates Park Association Annual Dues and for completion of any closing-related documents.
Condominium Associations
Each condominium unit is titled as a part of a Condominium Association which consists of the single building that the unit is located in. Insurance for common areas for each condo is the responsibility of the condominium owners. Esquire Estates Park Association is not related to the condominium associations and does not take any part in filling out the homeowners’ association questionnaire during the real estate closing of a unit being sold.
