Pool Rules

Since no lifeguard is on duty, it’s important to follow the pool and facilities rules and regulations to keep everyone safe. Pool rules are also posted at the pool. In the event of an emergency, use the Emergency Phone located on the pool shed to call 911.

Additional pool rules have been added due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

1. Residents should not be at the pool if they have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
2. Pool will be limited to 25 people which is 25% of the posted capacity.
3. Guests will not be allowed.  The pool will be available for the residents of the neighborhood and the family members living with them.
4. Please maintain at least six feet social distance from those that don't live within the same household.

All other pool rules remain in place.

Pool and Island Hours are from dawn to 9:00 p.m.  Adult swim (ages 18 and older) is available from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Please keep people off the rope to keep all swimmers safe. The rope is required in order to identify the shallow from the deep end for safety purposes.

Replacement Pool Keys

A pool key is required to gain access to the pool. Replacement keys are available for $20. Contact the Association Treasurer to request a key or email: esq.estates@gmail.com.

Trespassing Issues

Swimmers who are not accompanied by Esquire Estates residents are NOT permitted entrance to or use of the Esquire Estates pool. If you are concerned that a swimmer is trespassing, feel free to ask them where they live and to ask to see their Esquire Estates issued pool key. Immediately alert the Germantown Police at 262-253-7780 of any trespassing incidents.

Keeping the Pool Clean

All neighbors are responsible for keeping the pool area clean. At the end of your fun day at the pool, please ensure umbrellas are closed, all garbage and recycling is placed in containers and your belongings are with you. A broom and dust pan is located on the pool shed for any clean up needed.

The Pool Custodian is responsible for maintaining the chemicals, temperature and overall maintenance of the pool. The custodian is NOT responsible for cleaning up after residents.

Delivery to the Pool

Several area restaurants will deliver to the pool. The address for deliveries is N111 W16585 Esquire Court. The address is posted on the pool shed and the sign located next to the sidewalk on the north side of the island.

Hosting a Party

Many residents enjoy hosting family and friends gatherings at the island and pool. Additional picnic tables are available in the fenced area near the pool shed. Residents are responsible for cleaning up all tables and garbage after their parties.
